We are looking for a Java developer with exceptional technical capabilities to join our growing team. You will:

Eligibility: Final year students and graduates with up to two years' experience working in software development.
Essential attributes: Exceptional academic track record, possessing or expecting a very strong degree in a technical subject area.
  Outstanding analytical and computational skills.
  Strong interest in solving difficult and complex technical problems in imaginative ways.
  Ability to learn quickly about unfamiliar technologies and work with them immediately.
  Attention to detail and personal pride in the quality of work output.
  High level of personal integrity.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to thrive in a team environment, with constant collaboration with other developers.
  Significant experience of object-oriented programming, in a professional, academic or personal context.
  Deep understanding of the Java language and core APIs.
  Fluent English speaker.
Preferred attributes: Knowledge of core web technologies including HTTP, SSL, HTML, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and SOAP.
  Understanding of Java APIs for networking, threading, reflection, and user interface (Swing).
  Familiarity with version control software including Subversion and Git.
  Experience of reverse-engineering and analyzing non-standard data formats and protocols.
  Working knowledge of Windows, Linux and OS X.
  Understanding of Agile / XP / TDD methodologies; direct experience of these would be a strong advantage.
  An interest in learning about web security.
Timeframe: Permanent position.
Location: Knutsford, Cheshire, United Kingdom.
Remuneration: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum plus excellent benefits, dependent on skills and experience.
