Licensed customers may make one copy of Burp Suite Professional in its original form solely for backup purposes. Users agree not to engage in nor to permit the decompilation, disassembly, or other reverse engineering of Burp Suite Professional.

Each software license purchased permits a single user to use Burp Suite Professional. If you use Burp Suite Professional as part of your employment, business or consultancy, or as part of any activity that generates revenue, then your use is commercial and you need to buy a commercial license. If you have previously purchased a non-commercial license and you begin to use Burp Suite Professional for commercial purposes, then you need to buy a commercial license

Burp Suite Professional may only be used for lawful purposes.

Purchase of Burp Suite Professional does not entitle the buyer to any product support. Although reasonable efforts may be made to support users who are experiencing problems, report bugs, or request feature enhancements, any support will be provided to users at PortSwigger's sole discretion. Please note that Burp Suite Professional has been tested on popular Windows and Linux platforms. If you intend to use Burp Suite Professional on any specific platform you should first test the free version of Burp Suite on that platform and satisfy yourself that it works correctly.

No warranties are expressed or implied with respect to Burp Suite Professional, its quality, performance, accuracy or suitability for any purpose. In no circumstances will the copyright owner be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of Burp Suite Professional.
