What technical support do you provide?
Technical support is provided free of charge to all users, via our Support Center. Anyone can self-register an account on the Support Center. We are normally able to provide an initial response to technical support queries within one working day.
Where can I find help?
The best place to look for help is on our Support Center which contains numerous articles, step-by-step guides, and video tutorials. There is also extensive product documentation within Burp itself, and on our website here. You can also email us with technical questions.
Do you provide training?
We do not provide training directly ourselves, but if you email us we can put you in touch with training companies who can help you.
Can I purchase a training license?
