Today, we are delighted to launch our official Burp Ambassador Program: a community initiative to collaborate more closely with experienced Burp users, and support the great work they’re already doing.
Burp Suite has always evolved alongside the people who rely on it - penetration testers, bug bounty hunters, consultants, internal security teams, and researchers. This program formalises that relationship: practitioners help shape Burp, and Burp helps practitioners do their best work.
Burp isn’t built in isolation. Many of the features, refinements, and workflows in Burp Suite exist because security professionals pushed the boundaries of what was possible, and told us where we could do better.
The Burp Ambassador Program is designed to:

Our Burp Ambassadors were selected because they already do credible work in the community, and that independence is part of what makes the program useful for all. Our Burp Ambassadors are independent practitioners who are passionate about advancing the craft, sharing knowledge, and helping others grow.
They’re the people pushing AppSec forward: publishing research, sharing insights, speaking at events, building tools, and engaging with the wider community. Through their work, they don’t just deepen their own expertise, they help raise the bar for everyone.
At its heart, being a Burp Ambassador is about curiosity, and impact - contributing to a global community while continuing to build your voice and reputation in the field.
We are focused on real impact, which includes:

Alan is a Buenos Aires-based information-security consultant, content creator and founder of Bug Bounty Argentina, and the owner of the first online Bug Bounty conference in LATAM: BountyMagicCon. Alan is keen to empower the community with these initiatives, and to grow opportunities in the region.

With over fifteen years of experience in IT and cybersecurity, Corey is an API-security practitioner and the founder and CEO behind the Hacking APIs conferences. He’s known for practical API security research and for building community around developer-facing security.

Based in Italy, Federico is an offensive-security researcher and extension developer with a clear passion for Burp Suite’s extensibility. With three extensions already published on the BApp store, we are looking forward to seeing how Federico can help practitioners get more from Burp.

Rana is a security educator and founder of Rana Khalil’s Academy, focused on making web-application testing accessible through practical courses and resources. Rana has over eight years of experience in penetration testing, and is a recognised speaker at large events, including BlackHat.

Based in the United States, Tib3rius is a professional penetration tester and well respected content creator and streamer who brings advanced web-application testing to wide audiences through livestreams and events.
