How do I renew my subscription?
To renew your subscription, we will take a payment 14 days before the expiry date from the payment card saved on your account.
If you have not yet saved a payment card under your account, you can renew your subscription from the link provided in the reminder emails.
If you are a reseller renewing a subscription on behalf of a customer please email us.
What happens when the subscription expires?
The software will stop working. You will need to renew your subscription to continue using the software.
When will my subscription renew?
The date on which your next subscription payment is due is shown in your account, next to the relevant products.
You can add new users or agents to your subscription by clicking on the Add user or Add agents link for the relevant product on your account page. Alternatively please email us.
