We have recently expanded our range of products and services, and we are now looking for a customer champion to join our growing customer happiness team. Our customer happiness team is the key liaison point between our customers, software developers, product management, and researchers. As a core part of the team and the internal voice of our customers, you will be involved in a wide variety of activities, including:
We expect that successful candidates will be educated to degree level and have several years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
