You'll take responsibility for managing customer interactions while helping to drive forward the below initiatives:
Smooth customer experiences
Understand the needs of our customers, identifying the frictions and opportunities they face. Develop great customer experiences collaboratively with engineering teams.
Achieve critical mass for Burp Suite certifications
Analyze product usage patterns and personas to embed the Burp Suite certification in the market and continue development of the Web Security Academy platform.
Drive the adoption of a newly-launched product (Dastardly.)
Evaluate and choose which "big bets" will drive large scale adoption - to a new target customer profile - then communicate and promote the value proposition to this audience.
Drive enterprise growth
Identify where new customers and trial users are experiencing friction. Create content to support these users, and help us to accelerate growth through engaging customers.
Equip PortSwigger to scale
Prioritize where we can empower customers to self-serve, when buying, renewing, or requiring support, while delighting and enriching their experience.
We look for a number of attributes in all future Swiggers. Some of those that matter most to us in the Growth team are:
PortSwigger is a fantastic and fun place to work. See why our Swiggers love coming to work and get a good feel for what we do via our website/blog, LinkedIn company page, and Twitter.
We firmly believe in paying people what they're worth to us, not just what we can get away with or what they could earn elsewhere. We pay excellent salaries above the normal market level, and this is always determined based on your individual skills and contribution. In addition to a generous base salary, we offer share options and a comprehensive benefits package.
We like to have fun (why else would we make a product called Burp?).
We are professional without being corporate.
We encourage a positive work-life balance. We work hard but keep to a normal working day. We don't do stress.
We offer a healthy, high-tech working environment. All our people work on the latest Macs, with dual monitors, sitting-standing desks, and (if they are so inclined) walking treadmills.
We are a close-knit team. We have regular team lunches, evening social events, and amazing parties twice a year.
We are a diverse group of people with a wide range of interests and backgrounds. What Swiggers have in common is that they all love their work and are exceptionally good at what they do.
