About you

• The traditional career path of a high flying graduate in the corporate world doesn't appeal to you. You are someone who is not afraid to challenge the norm and thinks outside the box.
• You are self-driven and relish learning new skills. You can't wait to learn from brilliant experts in their field.
• You are passionate about contributing to the success of a fast growing business that does something good in the world.
• You believe work should be fun and you want to enjoy spending time with your colleagues. You're bored by the idea of corporate culture and suits.
• You have excellent communication skills. You love working collaboratively and are comfortable in bouncing ideas off others.

• You're excited at the prospect of using technology to build things (processes, systems, capabilities...) that deliver long-term solutions to difficult challenges.
• You consider yourself highly numerate and literate. You're great at solving complex problems, and enjoy using data to spot patterns and tell the story behind it. Also, it wouldn't hurt if you actually enjoyed writing your dissertation.
• You are aware of your strengths and areas for development. You seek feedback and are not afraid to ask for help when you need it to drive professional and personal development.
• You're ready to make a personal difference and be involved in all phases of a challenge from ideation right through to delivery.

Grad community

There is an active graduate community at PortSwigger. Our grads get together for lunch every week in our amazing on-site restaurant, enjoy grad socials every quarter, and receive branded swag.

All grads have the opportunity to develop their technical and soft skills through our grad development program.
