Salary: We expect to offer starting salaries for this role in the range of £50,000 to £55,000 reflecting individual ability and contribution.
Benefits: Share options, 8% employer pension contribution.
Life assurance: 4x salary.
Income protection: full pay for first 6 months of incapacity followed by 75% of salary plus pension contribution.
Private medical insurance (Bupa).
Holidays: 25 days plus public holidays.
Working hours: Core hours are 9am to 5pm, with flexibility to start any time between 8am and 9.30am.
Our graduates develop their skills and experience on the job. This is a business generalist role which will give you the opportunity to learn across the non-engineering side of our business. You'll gain exposure to key areas of the business by moving across teams during your first two years, giving you the chance to see how a successful tech business operates from different angles. You'll be able to get stuck in and make a difference from day one. As your areas of strength and interest emerge, we will support you to create a bespoke development plan, with coaching to help you set and hit your development goals.

You have mostly A*s or equivalent at A-Level.
You have, or are on track to get, a First Class degree in an economics, business or management degree which has a significant numerical or analytical component, or a STEM subject from a top UK university.
You are a fluent English speaker.
Desirable: You have links to the north of England.
