Significant experience of object-oriented
programming, in a professional, academic or personal context.
Deep understanding of the Java language and
Fluent English speaker.
Knowledge of core web technologies including
Understanding of Java APIs for networking,
threading, reflection, and user interface (Swing).
Familiarity with version control software
including Subversion and Git.
Experience of reverse-engineering and analyzing
non-standard data formats and protocols.
Working knowledge of Windows, Linux and OS X.
Understanding of Agile / XP / TDD methodologies;
direct experience of these would be a strong advantage.
An interest in learning
about web security.
