We are recruiting a Product Marketing Manager to fuel PortSwigger's growth, helping us to scale efficiently by understanding what our customers need and articulating how we make their worlds better.
As the Product Marketing leader within our business, you'll need to be the eyes and ears to enable us to deeply understand our customers. You will continuously probe for new insights, enabling us to better support our users through improved product experiences, useful content, and messaging that matters.
This means you will need to:
You may not have a specific background in cybersecurity, but you're confident that you can quickly know our users, understand our magic, and connect the two. It's not the first time you had to learn about a new field. You're comfortable using data and qualitative inputs to help us figure out where we can improve the customer experience.
You're ambitious and driven. You set exceptionally high standards in everything that you do. You set demanding goals and are always looking beyond them to learn and excel. You relish the opportunity to enable an already successful business to reach even higher.
You have an excellent academic record. You've worked in the technology sector, with experience in product marketing or product management.
We firmly believe in paying people what they're worth to us, not just what we can get away with or what they could earn elsewhere. We pay excellent salaries above the normal market level, and this is always determined based on your individual skills and contribution. In addition to a generous base salary, we offer share options and a comprehensive benefits package.
We like to have fun (why else would we make a product called Burp?).
We are professional without being corporate.
We encourage a positive work-life balance. We work hard but keep to a normal working day. We don't do stress.
We offer a healthy, high-tech working environment. All our people work on the latest Macs, with dual monitors, sitting-standing desks, and (if they are so inclined) walking treadmills.
We are a close-knit team. We have regular team lunches, evening social events, and amazing parties twice a year.
We are a diverse group of people with a wide range of interests and backgrounds. What Swiggers have in common is that they all love their work and are exceptionally good at what they do.
